These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AVIR platform (“Service”), provided by AVIR Space, Inc.

🔓 Use of Service

By accessing AVIR, you agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful aviation operational purposes only

• Not misuse the system to access unauthorized data or impersonate others

• Not reverse-engineer, clone, resell, or compete with AVIR using our platform

🧾 Account Ownership

• Each organization is responsible for managing access for its users.

• Admins can add/remove users, and all activity is auditable.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

💳 Billing & Payments

Planned: AVIR will introduce usage-based billing via Stripe in Q3 2025. Free trial and cancellation policies will be added accordingly.

Until then, early access customers are covered under custom agreements (if applicable).

🚫 Termination

AVIR may suspend or terminate access for:

• Breach of terms or malicious use

• Non-payment (when billing goes live)

• Regulatory compliance reasons

⚙️ Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, workflows, UX/UI, and product visuals are the property of AVIR Space, Inc.
Unauthorized duplication or use of any proprietary system is prohibited.

📉 Limitation of Liability

AVIR is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

• Aircraft or maintenance events caused by incorrect platform use

• Third-party integration failures

• Force majeure events

Max liability in any dispute shall not exceed 1 month of subscription fees paid.

🏛 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
