These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Avir Mind, a cloud-based software platform operated by LANSAR INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation.

By accessing or using Avir Mind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Overview

Avir Mind is a cloud-based decision-support and visualization platform designed for MROs, aviation service providers, and partner airlines to manage repair workflows, assets, partner relationships, and related operational or financial data.

Avir Mind is not a certified maintenance system, regulatory system, or safety-critical system and must not be relied upon as such.

All outputs are informational only.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

2.1 Account Types

• Individuals may sign up to Avir Mind via a waitlist

• Access is granted only after approval by Avir Mind

• Accounts may represent organizations such as MROs or airlines

2.2 Invitations and Organization Structure

• Approved organizations may invite users under their account

• MRO accounts may invite partner airline organizations

• Partner airlines may invite their own internal users

• Each user’s access is limited by permissions and plan constraints

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Limits

Avir Mind is offered under the following plans:

Avir Mind Pro

• USD 100 per month

• Up to 3 partner airlines

• Up to 10 total users, including MRO and partner airline users

• Core dashboards and reporting

Avir Mind Advanced

• USD 500 per month

• Up to 5 partner airlines

• Up to 20 total users

• Advanced analytics, component tracking, mobile access, and integrations

Avir Mind Enterprise

• Custom pricing

• Custom limits, features, and configurations

3.1 Enforcement of Limits

If plan limits are reached:

• The system will prevent adding additional users or partner airlines

• The billing owner will be prompted to upgrade the plan

4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

4.1 Billing

• All subscriptions are billed via Stripe

• Billing is monthly and charged in advance

• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.

4.3 Cancellation

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Access remains available until the billing period ends

4.4 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4.5 Late Payments

• A 10-day grace period is provided for failed or late payments

• Accounts may be suspended if payment is not received after the grace period

5. Data, Retention, and Access

5.1 Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their data.
Avir Mind acts solely as a data processor.

5.2 Data Visibility

• Partner airline users can only view their own airline data

• Cross-airline visibility is restricted to authorized MRO users

5.3 Data Retention by Plan

• Pro: trailing 6 months

• Advanced: trailing 12 months

• Enterprise: custom

5.4 Data Export After Termination

After cancellation, customers may export their retained data according to their plan’s retention period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data not belonging to your organization

• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws

• Use Avir Mind for safety-critical or regulatory decision-making

7. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, designs, and trademarks related to Avir Mind are the exclusive property of LANSAR INDUSTRIES, INC.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Avir Mind is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Avir Mind is decision-support only

• We are not responsible for operational, financial, regulatory, or safety outcomes

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business interruption

Maximum total liability, if any, shall be limited to the lower of:

• Fees paid by you in the one month prior to the claim, or

• USD 100

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for:

• Non-payment

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse of the platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Avir Mind constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
